Eminence Organics Red Currant Protective Moisturizer SPF 40 is a silicone free and non-nano Zinc Oxide SPF 40 moisturizer for normal and combination skin types. Helps to balance sebum production, improve skin elasticity and provide a matte finish so not to clog pores. Skin is left feeling clear and calm throughout the day and is suitable for all ages.

How to use

When applying any of the All Mineral SPF moisturizers, full coverage is important, and an pea-sized amount of product can go a long way.

For the best application experience, treat and hydrate the skin first using an oil, serum or concentrate. We love layering them over the Facial Recovery Oil, Camellia Glow Solid Face Oil, Mangosteen Daily Resurfacing Concentrate or Bamboo Firming Fluid for the great results and the delicious scent combinations! Ensure that when layering, the first layer of product is fully absorbed first before applying the SPF moisturizer.

For adequate coverage, we recommend starting with a pea-sized amount of product, warming it up in the palm of your hands and applying it on high points of your face first – nose, cheeks, forehead – before carefully working product to the rest of your face. Patting and pressing the SPF moisturizer onto the skin with also avoid overworking the product, allowing it to settle.

Key Ingredients

Zinc Oxide: natural mineral that blocks UV rays to protect skin from sun damage and reduce inflammation.
Youth Shield Antioxidant Complex (Red Currant, Elderflower, Magnolia Bark): protective complex high in antioxidants; prevents damage from free radicals, reduces and prevents the signs of aging.
Red Currant: astringent; good source of Vitamin C, antioxidant with additional bioflavonoids;prevents the cellular damage caused by free radicals and reduces inflammation while promoting collagen production.
Elderflower: astringent; high polyphenol content (powerful antioxidant agents); scavenges free radicals and stops them from regenerating; reduces inflammation to protect the skin from the signs of aging.
Magnolia Bark: contains two anti-inflammatory lignans – magnolol and honokiol (estrogen-like chemicals that also act as antioxidants), which together prevent inflammation to help slow down the aging process of the skin
Microencapsulated Tea Tree Oil: contains properties to help control oil and dermatitis; microencapsulation provides sustained-release delivery of tea tree oil leaving the skin clear and calm all day.
